ACC started as a family business, with skills passed down from father to son. We take pride in our work and hold the core values to do things properly the first time!!!
It happens all the time that clients will go for a cheaper price. This usually means corners are going to be cut, products are being compromised or the company hired is not qualified or trained to complete the project properly. 9/10 times ACC is then called in to repair and fix whatever went wrong. We are known as the “ fix-it guys” or "concrete specialists" and we don’t cut corners...
There are many differences between ACC and all the other guys. One is that we stand behind our work and we will always answer the call. If something goes wrong with the project or the client is not happy with the job, for whatever reason (which can happen!!) ACC will come back and repair or redo the whole job if necessary (and have!!!).
This is also one of the reasons why we take the time to do the job properly. We offer a lifetime commitment to the quality of our work. Our staff are trained to spend the extra time ensuring the preparation is perfect for the treatments. We know that preparation is 90% of the job. This way we can create floors and works that will last a lifetime.
